Healing: Our Natural Human Potential

(An intermediate and advanced level workshop)

“Human beings have far greater depths within them than one might suppose.  We all have access to these inner resources.  They are not reserved for the few, the privileged or the especially gifted, for they are part of our human heritage.”
Dora Kunz

Have you ever wondered what drew you to Therapeutic Touch?  Do you remember the longing for a deeper experience of healing?  There was something within that drew us.  Perhaps our desire for healing self and others? To understand healing? To be a vehicle for healing? Or some other reason?

Come join us in our continuing inner journey as we explore thoughtfully and in-depth the truth of Dora’s insight which is at the core of Therapeutic Touch – “Healing is a Natural Human Potential.”  The Inner Self and Nature know we have this potential and are primed and most delighted to help us develop it.  Indralaya beautifully provides the space and opportunity to help accomplish this important task.

This program is for persons in the health field and other committed TT therapists who are treating people regularly and are prepared to go into greater depth regarding techniques, theory, and the exploration of healing dynamics, especially the role of the Inner Self. We also welcome applications from serious intermediate level students who have completed at least one intermediate level workshop and have been practicing regularly for a minimum of two years.

Qualified therapists will facilitate small-group clinical sessions followed by group discussion. The afternoon program includes presentations and explorations by participants.  Program coordinator for Continuing Explorations is Cordy Anderson.  Individuals may also apply to attend the workshop as patients/healees.   [see information below, under “Healees.”

Program Coordinator: Cordy Anderson, RN, BSN, QTTT, has been practicing TT since 1984 and teaching since 1991.  She is the current chair of the Northwest Therapeutic Touch Institute, dedicated to TT education and support.  A nurse manager in Eugene, Oregon,  Cordy also has a private TT practice.  Her joy is to teach and mentor others on this journey.
