MAKING RESERVATIONS

Advance registration is very important to our program preparation process. In the summer months, we require a minimum of ten registrants two weeks in advance of the program date. In the spring and fall, ten registrants are required at least one week in advance.

You may register oneline or print, mail or fax the forms at the bottom of the page.

Plumbing Cabins - Program Registration

There are eight plumbing cabins in camp. Each has a shower, sink, and toilet. Plumbing cabins vary in size and can accommodate from 2 to 8 people.

Round House - Program Registration

The Round House has seven sleeping rooms with shared use of 2.5 bathrooms and a commons area. Rooms are both double and single occupancy.

Sleeping Cabins - Program Registration

Most of our cabins are simple, rustic, and warmed with wood burning stoves. They share the use of a nearby bathhouse. Sleeping cabins vary in size and can accommodate from one to six individuals or family members. If you are registering for a couple and would like a double bed, please let us know.

To register for a program, please complete and mail or fax the registration form; see link immediately below. Please use one form per visit. If you are registering for more than one program or work party, please make copies of the registration form or provide all the information needed on a separate sheet.

Please enclose a $35 per person deposit for each program you are registering for (check, money order, Visa or MasterCard). The balance of your bill is due upon arrival.

Written confirmations will be sent for registrations that are received at least one week prior to the beginning of the program. If your registration is received less than one week prior to the program, we will confirm its receipt by telephone.

DEPOSIT REFUND POLICY We will refund 60% of your deposit if you cancel more than two weeks prior to the scheduled program. Your deposit is non-refundable with less than two weeks' notice. If a program is cancelled or is already full at the time you register, your deposit will be refunded in full.
