The Awakening of the Cosmos
May 13–16 (Thursday dinner – Sunday lunch) Theosophy postulates a cyclic model for the manifestation of the universe. It teaches that once the phase of activity comes to an end, the cosmos begins a process of dissolution, only to reappear after a period of rest, then merges with the ever-existing Unity. Using the information given in the “Proem” and the first three Stanzas of The Secret Doctrine Vol. I, we will explore the precosmic state of the universe and the process of its reawakening. We will discuss the nature of the Absolute Reality and the different stages of manifestation that take place through the three Logoi. The classes will be presented considering the study of The Secret Doctrine as a form of yoga, which can awaken our spiritual mind.
Dr. Pablo Sender is a microbiologist with a PhD in Biosciences. He has been a member of the Theosophical Society in Argentina since 1996. He has spent time working at the Society’s international headquarters in Adyar, India, and at Olcott, the national center of the American Section. He has given lectures and classes on theosophical subjects internationally, and published articles in English and Spanish in theosophical journals. He taught courses on The Secret Doctrine in South America, India, and the US.

Food and lodging cost for T.S. members for the three nights are $185 for plumbing and $115 for non-plumbing cabins.
Meeting of the Northwest Federation of The Theosophical Society in America
The program with Pablo Sender coincides with the annual meeting of the Northwest Federation. It will be held on Saturday, May 15, at 2:00 p.m. All T.S. members from Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Alaska, and British Columbia are invited to attend.
