A Silent Meditation Retreat

Sinking into the Space and Silence within Our Lives

April 8–11 (Thursday dinner – Sunday lunch) In the fast-paced and often chaotic times we live in, the importance of touching the silence within cannot be overstated. Silence strengthens our mindfulness practice and our awareness of the sacred. Practicing silence also helps us to understand ourselves by giving us glimpses of our “noisy” interior. Join us for this opportunity to participate in group meditation, communing with yourself and the natural energies of Indralaya. Indulge yourself in the discipline of silence in community. It is a delicious experience!

Pink flower Linda Jo Pym and Leonie Van Gelder will facilitate this program. Both have been lifelong participants at Indralaya as well as resident managers, and have led silent meditation retreats here in the past.

Bring warm and comfy clothing, a journal or writing materials, a cozy meditation blanket, meditation cushions if you have them and want to use a cushion instead of a chair. If you choose to bring reading materials, please bring inspirational books. Novels will entertain, but can also busy the mind. Some basic art materials will be available.

Program fee $65 Locals / Day Visitor fee $80
