MAKING RESERVATIONS
Advance registration is very important to our program preparation process. In the summer months, we require a minimum of ten registrants two weeks in advance of the program date. In the spring and fall, ten registrants are required at least one week in advance. You may register online or by mail or by fax.

Please enclose a $35 per person deposit for each program you are registering for (check, money order, Visa or MasterCard). The balance of your bill is due upon arrival.
Please use one form per visit. If you are registering for more than one program or work party, please make copies of the registration form or provide all the information needed on a separate sheet.

Plumbing Cabins - Program Registration
We have eight plumbing cabins. Each has a shower, sink, and toilet. Plumbing cabins vary in size and can accommodate from 2 to 8 people.

Round House - Program Registration
The Round House has seven sleeping rooms with shared use of 2.5 bathrooms and a commons area. Rooms are both double and single occupancy.

Sleeping Cabins - Program Registration
Most of our cabins are simple, rustic, and warmed with wood burning stoves. They share the use of a nearby bathhouse. Sleeping cabins vary in size and can accommodate from one to six individuals or family members. If you are registering for a couple and would like a double bed, please let us know.

RVs and Trailers - Program Registration
We are not set up to easily accommodate RVs and Trailers, but we do from time to time. There is access to a bathhouse and an electrical outlet. Please indicate the size of your RV or Trailer on your registration form.

Off-Site Participants and Day Visitors - Program Registration
Persons residing off-site are welcome to register for all programs and activities at Indralaya. The fees vary for program participants who choose to stay in off-site accommodations. Please see the individual program description to determine the applicable fee. Off-site registrants are welcome to attend meals. Additional meal fees apply. Please refer to Fees and Housing for more information.
CONFIRMATION
Electronic confirmations and/or invoices will be sent for registrations that are received through our website or if the registrant provides an email address on the mailed registration form. We will be happy to send you a hardcopy upon request.
DEPOSIT REFUND POLICY
We will refund 60% of your deposit if you cancel more than two weeks prior to the scheduled program. Your deposit is non-refundable with less than two weeks’ notice. If a program is cancelled or is already full at the time you register, your deposit will be refunded in full.
