Programs

We look forward to seeing you at Indralaya for another good year of programs, workshops, and community life. Many, but not all, of our programs are designed and intended for family participation. If you have questions about the content of a particular program, don’t hesitate to contact us for additional details.

PROGRAM FEES are charged for most workshops in addition to basic room-and-board fees. All visitors 18 and over will be charged the full program fee for the period of their stay whether attending all, part, or none of the scheduled program.

FEE REDUCTION AND FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE It is important to us that no one feel unable to attend a program due to financial circumstances. People with limited financial means can reduce the cost of attending a program at Indralaya by helping on daily staff. Partial scholarships are also available. Please apply for fee assistance by contacting the resident managers or registrar.

MAKING RESERVATIONS Online registration is now available! You may also register for a program by downloading a registration form and sending it to Indralaya by mail or fax.

DEPOSIT POLICY There is a $35 deposit per person for each program you are registering for (no deposit is needed for work-party registrations). The balance of your bill is due upon arrival. 60% of your deposit if you cancel more than two weeks prior to the scheduled program. Your deposit is non-refundable with less than two weeks’ notice. If a program is canceled or is already full at the time you register, your deposit will be refunded in full.
